Snow and More Snow...

Snow, snow and just a little more snow with freezing temperatures, I am officially experiencing a New York winter and I am not really sure how I feel about it.

I always dreamed about a white Christmas as it would be the complete opposite of what would happen in South Africa so when it didn't snow for Christmas, I was so disappointed but I was assured that the snow would come.

Did it come and bring freezing temperatures with it!! Just to put it into perspective, when it is winter back home and we get 12 degree celsius I have a hoodie, jersey, long sleeve, scarf, gloves and don't leave the house so when I woke up and saw that it is -12 degree celsius, I was pretty sure it was my last day on earth...

I am pleased to say that I survived (barely) but was able to get some beautiful pics that have left everyone back home super jealous. I love the concept of snow but do

n't believe that I will truly miss it one day.
